A new residential development is taking shape just blocks from Celina's historic downtown square.

North Square at Uptown Celina, a 13-acre community developed by Rockhill Capital & Investments, will feature 78 paired homes. Infrastructure construction is complete and new-home construction is underway, with model homes expected to open this fall.
