Rockhill Welcomes Jennifer Alexander to the Team

Jennifer Alexander has joined the Rockhill Capital and Investments team bringing 25 years of real estate and environmental consulting and project management experience to the table. A pioneer in her career, Jennifer was instrumental in the startup of an environmental remediation firm, ENTACT, and facilitated its growth from 6 to 450 associates, generating more than $180 million in revenue per year without acquisition or outside investment interest. The company went on to become a premier environmental remediation company for industrial operations and real estate development.  

By the late 1990s, Jennifer’s primary responsibility at ENTACT was to develop and manage a consulting division, including litigation, brownfields redevelopment, municipal setting designation and groundwater cases. In 2001, she obtained and managed a pre-funded $15 million consulting contract from Halliburton to address environmental conditions at facilities in Asia, Africa, Europe, North America and South America.  

Upon completion of this contract in 2010, Alexander retired but continued to work part-time for ENTACT while pursuing other interests and assisting in the management of other partnerships.

Most recently, she has been instrumental in managing and advancing a significantly sized real estate development with a myriad of improvements and partnerships, including oil and gas, utilities, environmental and more.
