La Terra
La Terra is a new 108-acre residential development featuring nearly 400 single family homes just minutes northwest of downtown Celina. The development’s southern boundary is the future J. Fred Smith Parkway giving direct access to Preston Road to the east and the Dallas North Tollway to the west.
La Terra will feature a mixture of 40’, 50’ and 60’ lots, for a total 396 single family homes, as well as more than 20 acres of open green space, mature trees, trails and an amenity center and pool for residents to enjoy.
