Residences at Cottage Hill
The Residences at Cottage Hill is a 1-acre lot subdivision developed by Rockhill on the eastern edge of Celina consisting of 42 custom home sites.
Upon entitlement and platting in Collin County, Rockhill immediately began construction of the site and delivered lots for home starts in March 2018. After numerous sales to several custom homebuilders, Olivia Clarke Homes acquired all remaining lots in March 2021 to construct their luxury product line with homes starting in the high $700’s.
