Shoop Ranch

In collaboration with the City of New Fairview, Rockhill has plans to provide a diverse mix of land uses that together create a complete and sustainable living environment including 4,150 single-family homes and 900 multi-family residences, educational facilities, parks and sports fields, recreational amenities and a city square with shopping, restaurants, civic, emergency services and office space.

Also included in the plan is the preservation of Oliver Creek, and the expansion of County Line Road among other improvements for water, sewer and high speed internet.
