Windmill Hill

Rockhill acquired the property in July 2016 and went through a lengthy planning and entitlement process prior to construction. Development of the offsite utilities commenced in July 2019 and onsite construction began in January 2020. Phase 1 of the professional office park was completed in May 2021 and CO’s were released on 30,000 square feet of medical/professional garden office buildings, all which are currently under contract. Phase 2 of the office park will consist of approximately 58,000 square feet of additional garden office with pre-sales on approximately 25,000 square of Phase 2. Additionally, there are two commercial/retail pad sites along the frontage of Preston Rd. that will either be sold to other developers/end users or be developed by Rockhill upon completion of Phase 2.
