HOWE ENTERPRISE: Rockhill Capital & Investments Unveils Noble Ridge

North Texas real estate developer, Rockhill Capital & Investments, announced today a new master-planned community under development in Howe, Texas, with homes priced from $300,000. Named Noble Ridge after its location on the highest point in Grayson County, the community offers a competitive price-point for homebuyers seeking to build a new home within a North Texas masterplan. Model homes by K. Hovnanian Homes and Starlight Homes are open in Phase 1A and homesite development in Phase 1B is already underway.
