CANDY’S DIRT: Noble Ridge to Offer 700 ‘Attainably Priced’ New Homes in Howe, Texas
A new 700-home master-planned community is under construction in Grayson County’s Howe, Texas, with homes priced from $300,000.
North Texas real estate developer Rockhill Capital & Investments announced its plans earlier this month for Noble Ridge, named for its location on the highest point in Grayson County. Model homes by K. Hovnanian Homes and Starlight Homes are open in Phase 1A and homesite development in Phase 1B is already underway, Rockhill officials said in a press release.
Noble Ridge’s place on the map signals continued northbound growth in the region, officials said.
Plans to Deliver 340 Homes in First Phase
Noble Ridge is adjacent to State Highway 75 and within walking distance of Summit Hill Elementary School. About 340 homes are anticipated in the first phase.
Phase 1A will offer approximately 170 homes by K. Hovnanian Homes and Starlight Homes. Homes by Starlight Homes range from 1,420 to 2,722 square feet with three to five bedrooms and two to three baths. Homes by K. Hovnanian Homes range from 1,701 to 2,659 square feet with three to five bedrooms and two to three baths.
Phase 1B will offer approximately 170 homes built by Lennar. Homes by Lennar range from 1,311 to 2,039 square feet, with options including three bedrooms and two baths to four bedrooms and two baths.
Phases 1A and 1B will include a park near the entry and a trail system along the creek with workout stations. Amenities planned in future phases include a pool and covered space, a trail system through a wooded creek area, pocket parks with play equipment, shade structures, and seating areas.
“This a wonderful opportunity for homebuyers seeking small-town charm within an hour of the Oklahoma border and the D-FW Metroplex,” said Ryan Griffin, managing partner at Rockhill Capital & Investments. “As locals, we have witnessed the northbound growth in our region, and we are proud to bring this brand-new master-planned community to Howe. This rural community is elevated and serene and offers a competitive price-point for homebuyers, which is very exciting.”

In addition to close proximity to Summit Hill Parkway to the north and Summit Hill Elementary School, the location offers quick access to nearby employment corridors in Collin and Grayson counties.
“We are thrilled to see the development of Noble Ridge in the City of Howe, which will bring new opportunities and a fresh dynamic to our town,” said Howe Mayor Karla McDonald. “Noble Ridge will be more than just a place to live; it’s a community where residents can thrive and enjoy a high quality of life.”
