KTEN: Hundreds of New Homes Coming to Howe

A new housing development in Howe is poised to bring 700 new homes to the fast-growing Grayson County city.

Noble Ridge is located west of US 75, and is within walking distance of Summit Hill Elementary in the Howe Independent School District.

Homes featuring three to five bedrooms start at $300,000 and range from 1,300 to 2,700 square feet.

North Texas real estate development group Rockhill Capital and Investments announced a new phase of the development is now underway.

Phase 1-A will ultimately have around 170 homes, with some already available from builders K. Hovnanian and Starlight Homes.

And now, Phase 1-B is underway, adding another 170 homes built by Lennar.
