Sanford Park is a 32 acre subdivision in Van Alstyne, Texas located between US 75 and Hwy. 5 that was developed by Rockhill exclusively for K. Hovnanian Homes.
Rockhill entitled and acquired the property in October 2017 and immediately began development of the 110 lot subdivision consisting of 60’ x 120’ lots. K. Hovnanian experienced strong sales and margins and completed their last takedown of lots in March 2021 with home prices ranging from the low $300’s to low $400’s.
