Aubrey Creek Estates is a two phase residential subdivision that at full build-out will have 315 residential lots and a community amenity center with a pool and outdoor kitchen.
The first phase will have 185 lots and broke ground in October of 2018. Rockhill Investments has provided land development, entitlement and project and construction management services to Suncrest Real Estate and Pacesetter Homes.
